  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    After payment has been authorized, order is processed within 24 hours. All orders placed by 12:00 (noon) PST are shipped same day except on weekends. All orders placed after 12:00 (noon) PST are shipped next business day. Orders shipping from the US are shipped via USPS.

    Orders shipping from Jamaica are shipped via Zipmail, however please email us before placing an order to check if the item is available on hand in Jamaica.

    Once shipped via USPS most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

    We are not responsible for lost package(s) once the shipping status is marked delivered.
